Sales Customer Support Specialist
Location: Agios Ioannis Rentis
The new member of our team will be part of the Sales Department and will be reporting to the Sales Commercial Manager.
The Sales Customer Support Specialist, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support and reliable communication to our clients through all our communication channels (emails, calls, web enquiries), aiming to build sustainable relationships and trust.
- Document, record, track and update all clients communication and interactions on the company’s CRM system, aiming to maintain a healthy database of accounts, partners and transactions by registering accurate and complete information.
- Support the team of account managers in matters related to the clients' journey and sales processes.
- Follow communication procedures, scripts, guidelines, and internal policies while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Assist the Sales and Customer Support Team in coordinating day-to-day sales team activities.
- Customer service and/or sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages is essential
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite is necessary
- Hands on experience with CRM systems is necessary
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and excellent client-oriented practices.
- Strong phone contact and active listening skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to the client’s needs and communication style
