Responsibilities:

As ΙΤ Security Pre-sales Engineer, you’ll reporting to the Commercial Manager and your tasks will be the following:

• Gather and translate reseller partners’ needs and requirements and transform them into solutions, through presentations, relationship building, demos and written communication in close cooperation with customer’s technical teams 
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Assist Sales Managers with pre-sales and post-sales support
• Escalate and resolve reseller / end customer issues when appropriate
• Study and analyze customer requirements and country specific grid code for RES projects
• Present at events, seminars, customer and partner technical trainings when needed

Requirements:

In order for your profile to match the ΙΤ Security Pre-sales Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:

• ≥ 2 years of experience in a relevant position 
• Degree in IT or relevant field
• Technical knowledge of networking infrastructure and Internet security systems
• Appropriate technical certifications will be considered an asset
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Completed military obligations, if applicable
