Key Accountabilities of the Role:
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Arranges portions, garnishes food, and serves food to waiters.
- Replaces Cook A in his absence and able to work in all jobs in the kitchen, and is familiar with the menu recipes.
- To follow all tasks and be flexible duties assigned.
- High level compliance with all the hygiene standards of the company required.
- Careful and economical use of all the utilities/ facilities.
- Previous experience necessary
