Reports to the Villa Manager

Job description:

• Work with the Private Chef to continually ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, productivity and professionalism at highest level
• Maintaining a neat and clean workplace
• Available to work with a flexible schedule
• Support team to reach common goals
• Responsible for table setup as well as collecting and washing dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.
• Responsible for serving the meals as well as preparing basic drinks, cofffe etc.
• Ensure correct stocking
• Ensure that Health and safety standards are met
• On time to time basis she/he may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Manager or the Private Chef

Qualifications:

• Preferably with 2years in the profession in a 5* property in the hospitality industry or in a Restaurant.
• Good Greek and English communication skills are required
• Strong sense of responsibility
