YES! Hotels Group is currently recruiting for a young and enthusiastic

Butcher
for their new project in Santorini.

Job requirements:

• Estimate the daily production needs and continuously checking the quality of raw food products to ensure that standards are met .Excellent knowledge of meat Butchery
• Able to make purchase orders and receive goods in coordination with Procurement and Executive chef
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation,receiving, storage and sanitation
• Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment
• Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.

Job related skills:

• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate from a culinary institution would be a plus
• At least 3 years experience in cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service 4-5*hotel
• Excellent command of English language. Additional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an asset 
• Flexible to working hours subject to the demands of the business
•  Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent culinary catering talent
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• A team player with good communication skill
