Brown Hotels Collection is developing around the world, launching a collection of brand-new urban & resort hotels in desirable destinations in Israel (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Eilat), Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Corinthia, Sounio), Cyprus, Germany, the UK, and more.

As our team is constantly growing in Greece, we are seeking for a talented Accountant who will fit the following description:

Accountant

Athens (Ref: ACAT)

Qualifications:

• University/College graduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related field
• At least 4 yrs experience as an Accountant
• Experience in the Hotel industry will be considered as a plus
• Experience in Taxation and VAT
• Soft1/ERP User is preferred

Skills:

• Well organized and dedicated to ensuring delivery of deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with colleagues and associates
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to support
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Computer literate – very good knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Prepare bank deposits
• Reconciling bank statement
• Process reimbursement forms
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Registration of invoices, accounting entries
• Supplier-customer agreements, payments
• Administration GEMI, My Data
• Accounting revenue agreement with hotel program
• Support for year-end registrations
