We are looking to fill a full-time accounting position for one of our clients.  This individual will perform day-to-day accounting tasks for a portfolio of properties and will interface with a variety of people including site personnel, property managers and other members of the team. Working hours are from 3 PM to 12 AM local.

The ideal candidate should have EXCELLENT British or American English accent and will be responsible for the following work.

 Job requirements

• Prepare financial statements
• Review payables
• Review receivables
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare and assist with lease-related documents
• Monitor lease expirations and send out renewal offers
• Follow up with residents on renewals until full execution of leases
• Update property management program with lease terms and files
• Assist in creating and maintaining tenant records
• Assist and address tenants lease inquiries and provide follow up information to the property managers
• Consistent and timely follow-up on all calls and emails
• Ad-hoc projects
• Yardi experience preferred

We are hiring for the second shift (Athens Local Time)

Shift 2 - 3:00pm – 12:00am (with one-hour break)

Our holiday schedule is not what you are used to. Some of our holidays in the US do not line up with the ones in Greece and vice versa. You will be following the US holiday schedule.
