Administrative Assistant

(SAA-1218)

Job Description:

  • Manages the production of signs
  • Handles quotations and orders
  • Undertakes data entry, as well as the specification into the order management system
  • Communicates with customers / partners providing them with support

Skills and Experience:

  • University degree is preferred
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
