- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate colleague.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
- Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing email/mail.
- Provide HR administrative support, coordinating the communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- University or College Degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience as administrative assistant
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written & spoken
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
