Generation Y – International eBusiness Experts,a well-established and highly successful interactive agency based in Athens, Greece, seeks Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate colleague.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email/mail.
  • Provide HR administrative support, coordinating the communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • University or College Degree in Business Administration
  • Proven experience as administrative assistant
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written & spoken
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
