Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications, Skills & Role:
- Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
- Report to the Front Office Manager
- Excellent training skills
- High ability to motivate and lead the team
- Hospitality school graduate or higher
- Professional experience in relevant position for at least 2 years. (Previous experience in an international hotel chain would be highly appreciated)
- Excellent verbal & written command of Greek and English language. Additional language knowledge would be considered an extra asset (German or French).
- High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Monitor staffing levels to meet & cover business demands
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- High level of IT proficiency
