We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.

The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.

The position reports directly to the front office manager of the company.

Responsibilities

The assistant front office receptionist is responsible for Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.

  • Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions.
  • Provide information to guests in regards the facilities, events and services.
  • Helping with the languages of the customers.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
  • Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results
  • Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
  • Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions.
  • Provide information to guests in regards the facilities, events and services.
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors).
  • Team oriented
  • Professionalism, integrity and responsibility
  • Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset. Arab speaking will be a plus.
