Food & Beverage Server B’

What you'll be doing:

• General assistance to waiters in the service of food and beverages
• General assistance in setting up tables, including linens, China, silverware and glassware.
• Cleaning and removing dishes, glassware and silver from tables after service is completed.
• Polishing glassware, cutlery, china and flatware.
• Cleaning and sanitazing of workstation and its equipment according to cruise company's standards legal rules.
• General assistant to waiter to achieve full guests' satisfaction according to the company's standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed.
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
• Check in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
• Ensure quality in all areas of your work.

• someone who can work with brand standards

Job requirements:

• Prior customer service and hospitality experience is essential.
• Attention to detail and work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment
• Use of Micros and I host would be an advantage.
• Greek, English and another language
