Assistant Waiter

Being part of our F&B team, you will need to:

• Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
• Manage cultural needs and expectations of guests
• Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures
• Be punctual of attendance to each shift
• Maintain positive teamwork at all times
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
• Restocks the dining room and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments, and linen.
• Pick up food from kitchen and bring to the side stations.
• Perform tasks allocated to you by the supervisors and ensure all duties carried out thoroughly and on time

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a person with enviable customer service skills
• Have 1 year experience in the Food and Beverage industry - Service experience at a 5* hotel preferred
• Be an inspiring team player
• Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English.
• Have good computer skills
