B2B Sales Executive

The Role:

  • Demonstrates, promote the products of hers/ his product range of responsibility, to potential clients and negotiates sales terms as per company policy
  • Contributes to improve and strengthen the brand image in the market
  • Prospects, visits regularly and builds loyalty with the portfolio of customers
  • Listens and responds to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provides information about products and services and oversees billing and payments
  • Follows up technical support issues of customers, offering in parallel the best level of customer experience
  • Receives & transfers inside the organization market intelligence, trends and figures for competitive & supplementary products

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers & Monitors Sales Forecast under hers/his Manager ‘s guidance
  • Promotes a variety of company’s products and presents thoroughly their usage
  • Suggests action plan and regularly optimizes hers/his portfolio by proposing appropriate value propositions
  • Collaborates with logistics for the shipping and delivery of products and services based on industry specificities (logistic planning, trucks and ships deliveries)
  • Gathers and follows-up on market info, both for competitive & complementary products
  • Identifies the creditworthiness of customers, negotiates payment terms and the implementation of safeguards in collaboration with the Credit department
  • Cascades information from/to the management team
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential, tracks sales
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services
  • Presents in department meetings the performance of his area of responsibility or other sales related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
  • 2 – 5 years of total experience in Β2Β Sales
  • Sales experience ideally gained in the building materials industry (masonry, paints, plastics, metals, ceramics, cement composites)
  • Experience in Sales processes and dynamics
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good composure (body language)
  • Problem solving and Accountability
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Very good networking skills
  • Ability to plan and organize work, set priorities, and make quick decisions
  • Very good English
  • Good understanding and use of IT systems (ERP and CRM is desirable)
  • Understanding of Business Operations in a Sales environment
  • Driving License
  • Ability to often traveling within the country and abroad
