B2C Sales Support Administrator

Job Title: B2C Sales Support Administrator

Reports to: B2C Product and Sales Manager

Location: Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece

Reporting to the B2C Product and Sales Manager the potential candidate will join a vibrant team that has been constantly challenging the status quo of the market in a number of years. We are looking for a curious individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a focus on delivering results. We expect you to be well organized, tech-savvy and streetwise.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to pursue a career in the fastest growing team in the Security Systems sector!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage 360o communications including customers, team members, related departments and suppliers
  • Efficiently plan the day of technical and sales teams
  • Troubleshoot fast, having the customer as a main focus
  • Keep flawless records at CRM and ERP systems including sales orders and contracts
  • Propose amends in current procedures for more productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose new, if need be
  • Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales support or Customer Service Specialist in a B2C environment
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems. Experience with ZOHO will be considered as an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language, as well as customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Excellent use of Google workspace (sheets, docs, etc) or MS Office
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or associates degree in relevant fields is a plus
