We are looking for a professional candidate who will be working the late shift (18:00 - 02:00) with our customers in Latin America.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders

  • Communicating with customers

  • Collaborating with other departments of the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Being in charge of data entry and electronic document management

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
