The luxury 5* hotel Branco Mykonos seeks for
for season 2020
- Previous experience in managing Bar(s) for at least 2 years.
- Fluent in Greek and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Customer oriented with a strong guest relations' approach.
- Experienced in managing department's stocks and equipment, HACCP guidelines, Menu Engineering.
- Deep knowledge and proven experience on cocktails creation
- Knowledge of wine, beer and drinks
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
- Strong team player and able to work under pressure
Duties and responsibilities:
- Interact with customers; take orders for drinks and snacks.
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and Promotion
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products
- Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations
