YES! Hotels Group is currently recruiting for a young and enthusiastic

Bartender

for their new project in Santorini.

Job requirements:

• Prepare and serve a selection of beverages, coffee, and refreshments from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending
• Confirm guest’s orders including any special needs or requests
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
• Maintain a working knowledge of alcohols, beverages, special types, and variations liquors
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Properly and accurately close checks, process cash and credit card payments

Job related skills:

• Bachelor degree and/or diploma in a hotel or other related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a 4-5* property or fine dining restaurant
• Bartender seminars are considered an asset
• Good command of English language. Additional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an asset (preferably Italian, French, German or Russian)
