Τhe 5* hotel ‘Royal Apollonia’ in Limassol, member of Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, is seeking to recruit staff for immediate full–time employment for its Food & Beverage department in the following position:

Bartenders

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare drinks and cocktails.
• Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
• Check the products for quality before serving them and making sure the order is correct.
• Provide the customers with their bills, collect payments or have the receipts signed as per each case.
• Cooperate with all serving staff.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or share additional information to customers upon request.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of drinks and cocktails.
• Welcoming personality.
• Minimum 6 months working experience in the position.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Very good knowledge of English and/or Russian.
• Experience in handling a cash register as well as an ordering system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for immediate employment.
