- Beachfront Restaurant opening full scale, modern, breakfast a la carte shift, [in addition to already existing successful lunch and dinner shifts].
- Must design creative breakfast menu, including classic breakfast and brunch offerings, plus new popular bowls, healthy breakfast meals, shakes, and more.
- Hotel in house guest breakfast buffet must also be designed and executed.
- Previous experience in breakfast restaurant plus hotel breakfast buffet menus required.
- 5* level menu and quality expected.
- Create and execute breakfast plus a la cart dessert menu
- Create an execute in-room complimentary platters, amuse-bouche and more
