On behalf of our Partner, a Group of Companies based in Athens, active in import, export and B2B sales of electrical equipment, we are looking for an experienced:

Business Development B2B Expert

Our Client:

Our client is one of the most dynamic and fast developing firms in Greece, with a network of 4 stores and specialized departments for lighting, energy saving and industry solutions. The company provides integrated solutions for electrical equipment and lighting since 2009 and it is a member of Electra Technic Group of Companies, a company with more than 50 years of experience in design, production and distribution of electronics and electrical equipment.

The maindutiesof this role include:

  • Implementing the operative sales plan in accordance with the budget targets
  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  • Monitoring the relevant progress, proposing and driving the corrective actions necessary to achieve the defined sales targets
  • Maintaining contact with established customers and developing new prospects
  • Understanding and analyzing sales performance, taking ownership of implementing and executing targeted sales strategies
  • Taking initiatives to optimize the company's trade agreements with its partners and enhance the company's presence in the market

Reporting to Sales Manager

Qualifications include:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any Commerce related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the field of electrical material sales
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to adapt quickly and address partner challenges
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, organizational & planning skills
  • Strong cross functional communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building rapport with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Availability for business trips
  • “Can Do” attitude
