CRM Administration Support

Job Information

Office Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Department: Information Technology

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Conduct new user training sessions and assist with the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for CRM users, also on new functionalities, including updates of user guides and SOPs
  • Respond to customer support requests promptly, providing concierge-level technical support, documenting resolutions to support requests daily, and escalating tickets as needed
  • Perform basic administrative responsibilities such as user access and permissions through user setup, roles, and role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing rules and security
  • Development of new dashboards, reports and views when requested by the operations teams

Your main qualifications/skills

  • University degree in Computer engineering or other relevant fields
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Helpdesk or any other supportive role
  • Knowledge of best practices on information security
  • Tools: MS Office, MS Admin portal, MS Dynamics 365
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous working experience in the leisure & hospitality industry and familiarity with related technologies would be a plus
  • Great collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong analytical/creative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
