Chef de Partie

The candidates should have:

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.
• Full knife training.
• Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.
• Good knowledge of different cuisines.
• Self-discipline and strong work ethic with real pride in work.
• Proven track record of working in high volume kitchens.
• Team spirit and pleasant personality.
• Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
• Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
