We are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic guest focused Cluster Reservations Consultants who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions.

 Job Responsabilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and any kind of requests according to LHW, LQA and Katikies standards,
  • Follow internal procedures as set by the management, regarding the department’s daily operations,
  • Handle FIT and group reservation requests from individuals, affiliations, consortia, travel agents and tour operators in a professional manner,
  • Adopt a sales attitude: Identify sales leads for the Sales Department and the Operations Teams, confidently convert reservations requests with an eagerness to close the deal and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities,
  • Secure that follow up actions are taking place when required,
  • Review cancellations, modifications and no-shows and process charges according to hotel policy,
  • Handle payments from partners and guests and follow up when needed,
  • Complete arrival checks to ensure that reservation information in the PMS is accurate, guest preferences have been noted, and upsell opportunities have been exploited,
  • Keep effective communication with each respective property’s operations team and ensure all relevant information is passed on correctly,
  • Close-out online availability in case of sharp availability changes,
  • Check monthly commission statements and monitor open balances of partners on credit,
  • Work on preparing reports and consolidation of data, when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related,
  • Previous work experience as a Reservations Agent/Executive in 5* hotels,
  • Familiar with Quality brand standards,
  • Computer literacy (MS office) & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software (preferably Opera),
  • Fluency in English,
  • Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines,
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills & multitasking,
  • Customer service skills with a sales orientation,
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and team members.
