Who Are You?

  • You have minimum 2-3years of experience in F&B or hospitality sector with a similar position
  • Currently in Greece
  • You have extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment
  • You have working knowledge of advanced knife skills
  • You’re highly quality and customer focused to provide the best experience to your guests
  • You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances
  • You have previous experience maintaining professional and respectful work relationships

What You Will Achieve:

You will be performing below to exceed customers’ expectations related todining experience:

  • Must be able to read recipes and follow measurement instructions accurately
  • Perform all preparation including cleaning, filleting, and portion control
  • Make sauces and marinades
  • Prepare all garnishes
  • Requisition supplies needed for station
  • Cover, date, and neatly store all meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Clean and sanitize his/her workstation and equipment
  • Notify the Head Chef when items are low in stock
  • Adhere to state and local health and safety regulations
  • Maintain the highest sanitary standards
