Concierge Agent
Key Duties & Responisbilities:
- Responsible to provide customer focused service, based on the standards of Design Hotels Concierge
- Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by tailoring authentic and memorable experiences.
- Works closely with all hotel departments.
- Supports the sales department in various Sales &Marketing activities.
- Customer Service Oriented. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Prior Experience in a similar position of a minimum 2 years
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Customer Service orientation
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office (word, excel)
- Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an asset
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality would also be considered an asset
