Construction Planner

Job Information

Office Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Department: Development

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and review projects' schedules
• Make decisions relating to scheduling and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and in budget
• Produce progress reports for SIG Management
• Constantly liaise and coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure adherence to schedule and provide solutions when needed
• Plan contingency programmεs when needed
• Plan resources for timely completion of projects
• Carry out risk assessment

Your main qualifications/skills

• MSc in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of working experience in a related position, international experience in PMC would be a strong plus
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong command of MS Project
• Fluent in English, Spanish will be a plus
• Analytical understanding of engineering to solve issues
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
