Location: Greek Islands, Mykonos & Santorini
The ideal candidate should be responsible of the daily operations and report directly to the Executive Chef Buddha Bar. He will have to apply the company’s standards, control and check the incoming supplies, apply the health and safety measures according to the Greek law, be responsible for the menu preparations and the quality of the food provided. He should motivate and inspire his colleagues.
