Sunrise Hotels own and operate 5 hotels in the centre of Protaras, Cyprus namely Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa, Sunrise Beach Hotel, Sunrise Gardens Hotel, Sunrise Oasis Hotel and Sunrise Jade Hotel.

Moreover, there are eight a la carte restaurants in the resort of Protaras, belonging to Sunrise Hotels: Marcello’s Italian Restaurant, Lemongrass Pan Asian Restaurant, Reef American Grill Restaurant, Kyklos Greek Restaurant, Braseiro Rodizio Steakhouse, Fishbone Mediterranean Restaurant, Ginger Fine Dining, Amelie Patisserie and Verano Lounge Bar.

As part of the continuous efforts to improve quality, Sunrise Hotels is looking to hire:

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of Greek and English language
• Professionalism and Responsibility

Duties:

• To set up workstations with needed equipment
• To follow all health and safety and hygiene rules
• To prepare ingredients for cooking
• To check quality of ingredients
• To keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the Kitchen

Remuneration Package:

• Monthly salary based on qualifications, starting from €1500 gross
