development, is currently seeking to recruit for a brand new boutique Hotel Opening in Syros,

a professional for the position of

Cook (Cold Buffet) - Syros 2022

Responsibilities

• Perform recipes and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist as needed
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Cook on a restaurant or hotel
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer–oriented
• Leadership skills & time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Culinary school diploma required
