Our Client, a globally leading financial services B2B provider is seeking to hire its "next-generation" Country Manager Greece.
Reporting to Regional Cluster Commercial Director, the ideal incumbent must be business-market oriented, cognizant of prevailing conditions in local financial services B2B marketplace, agile and adaptable in complex internal corporate environment and culture (i.e. entrepreneurial spirit combined to process-oriented global organization), be well-acquainted with key market-players in Financial Services Greek market and expert in Commercial Management of B2B Direct and Indirect Services.
BA/BSc and/or MSc/Ma level studies in economics, statistics, econometry or related discipline; MBA is strongly desired.
At least five (5) years in C-Level Direct and Indirect Sales Team Management, Key Accounts Management, Credit and Risk Analysis Management, New Business Development, as well as in Corporate Restructuring Management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, to built-up customer service culture and mindset, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines, guide sales-force and team of financial analysts; high level of integrity and professionalism; strong business English; ability to build strong business relationships with subject market's opinion leaders; excellent presentation and client influencing skills; interpersonal skills but also ability to work independently.
The role requires a highly motivated and strongly ambitious customer-oriented business professional, strong communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible in working time hours and available to travel abroad whenever required.
