Optimal HR Group on behalf of ELPEDISON, a leading Energy & Utilities organization, is looking to recruit a Customer Care Ordering Agent for 1 year  period.

The Customer Care Ordering Agent handles representation requests for EL & NG meters. Representation Procedure includes new and pending applications, uploaded to Elpedison’s CRM systems by all Sales channels, based on the agreed credit and ordering policies. Customer Care Agent proceeds to the provisioning of EL & NG meters to relevant operators’ portals & contacts them whenever needed. Also provides assistance to any queries raised by Sales Agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling new representation applications, the accompanied legalization documents, as well as the correctness of alldata entered in CRM by Sales Agents, for both Electricity & Natural Gas Meters
  • Handling pending representation applications, due to incomplete data or missing supporting documents,for both Electricity & Natural Gas Meters
  • Performing Thalis & EDA’s uploading processes, report preparation & rejections handling to HEDNO’s & EDAs platforms for requests that need to be implemented by the Operators (i.e. new representation, user change etc. )
  • Managing customer requests relevant to representation issues
  • Handling HEDNO’s & EDA’s requests
  • Performing data entry to the CRM system for special categories new applications
  • Performing Quality Control calls to customers
  • Following on a daily, weekly and monthly basis the full low voltage representation process
  • Providing feedback to complaints specialist and call center agents concerning customers representation cases

Requirements:

  • TEI or AEI or equivalent degree preferred
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • CRM/ ERP software familiarization
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent customer oriented skills, good document organization skills
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail approach, a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to handle situations under stress
  • Strong teamwork and discipline
