We are now looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our CEX department at these exciting times that our business is rapidly expanding!

You must be ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer comes first, competent on research and keen to focus on every single touch point of the Customer Journey; while able to see the bigger picture of CEX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding in depth of the Organisation’s CEX journeys and touchpoints.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysing data to identify trends in customer status / needs / preferrences for existing and potential customers.
  • Conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Tracking Customer Experience across online and offline channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams, sales and onboarding departments to ensure exceptional CEX and brand awareness.
  • Aligning CEX strategy with marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring customer retention and satisfaction and proposing related adjustments as required.
  • Reviewing customers’ feedback – positive and negative – to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating, maintaining and adjusting CEX journeys.
  • Innovating touchpoints and research methods, aiming at being one step ahead at all times.
  • Keeping up with CEX and marketing trends.

Key Requirements:

  • CEX focused
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail; while being able to see the bigger picture.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Multi-tasking, flexibility and ability to balance multiple tasks and consistently delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude towards outlook in life and ability to take negative incidents and turn them into positive results.
  • Team work.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • 3 years experience in dynamic marketing environments – ideally as CEX specialist, marketing or CEX researcher or similar role.
  • MS skills proficiency.
  • Marketing or related degree.
