Customer Service Agent

Job Description

• Deliver perfect execution in the order management process (Order to Cash)
• Drive superior customer service level and customer satisfaction
• Own the unique customer service for all the customer Supply Chain processes
• Lead the development of value-added solutions for customers from forecast planning through order execution
• Take part in collaboration projects: Joint planning, replenishment orders, customer order influence
• Route to market projects
• Design and implement customer service strategy by customer or group of customers

Candidate Profile

• Relevant bachelor's degree
• One to three (1-3) years of working experience in Customer Service
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases and CRM tools
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
