Apiron was formed in 2014 and since then it has been rapidly expanding, building a strong presence in Great Britain, Poland, Central Europe and the Balkans.
Apiron is now in a process of continuous growth, enjoying healthy sales, increasing its human resources and becoming a trusted, strategic partner for clients in Europe.

As we are growing stronger, we are looking to hire a customer support agent for our sales and development team.

Job requirements:

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users related to product use, software bugs and/or requests for new features or information
  • Provide notification on new threats, new available hotfixes/versions as well as license or subscription expiration
  • Give flexible support taking the customer’s priorities and uniqueness into account
  • Keep records of customer support history and recurring tech issues and report back to management and development teams
  • Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the company
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and in a patient and friendly manner
  • Follow up with customers after issue resolution
  • Generate leads and identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience in providing customer service using variable methods
  • Higher education or Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Physics, Internet Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of the English language: Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent telephone manner, listening and problem-solving skills

  • Fast learner with ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to accept feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Able to prioritize effectively and address issues without delays
  • Professionalism and empathetic approach towards client satisfaction
  • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value to the sales team
