Digital Marketing Expert / Social Media Specialist

The internationally awarded Cosmetic Derma Medicine Medical Group, with 14 clinics in Greece & Cyprus and specialization in Clinical & Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Hair Transplantation, is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Expert, with specialization in Social Media for its Marketing & Communications Department in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit and publish content on the company’s social media accounts (create original text, edit photos and videos), ensuring brand consistency and facilitating scaling of our company’s awareness.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).
• Create, implement and follow a monthly editorial calendar.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of our social media accounts as well as the competitors’ ones.
• Engage with the community day to day, communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Research, propose and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
• Support the marketing team with brainstorming, planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google My Business, Email Marketing platforms, Google Analytics etc.
• 2-3 years of social media management experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and editing platforms such as Canva)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (oral & written communication)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Master’s Degree will be highly appreciated
