Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client, a rapidly growing and profitable US based Online B2B Content Publisher & Online Marketing Solutions Company, is looking to recruit an experienced & talented Digital Marketing Solutions Consultant for the branch office in Athens.

Our client, with international operation only, generates leads and builds its clients’ sales pipelines, in the booming eLearning sector, by applying top-notch inbound marketing strategies facilitating their promotion, creating awareness for their brand and driving exceptional results.

The Digital Marketing Solutions Consultant will be responsible for expanding the pipeline of prospect customers and converting them into happy customers, increasing company sales’ footprint in North America and EU Markets.


Responsibilities:

Strategic

  • Nurturing inbound leads, presenting the solution adequately and converting them to customers
  • Driving the business development efforts by presenting the features/services needed by customers to the Development Team, to ensure that the company continues to develop world-class features & services that correspond to the market needs
  • Strategically reaching out to eLearning organizations by leveraging social selling techniques
  • Suggesting and implementing online marketing strategies in order to attract new prospect customers
  • Creating and managing client relationships
  • Handling client accounts in the company by building and maintaining a strong relationship with them - being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and helping the client succeed

Operational

  • Preparing outgoing sales campaigns, cold calling & emailing
  • Logging activities (calls, meetings, offers) into company’s CRM system (Hubspot)

Collaborative

  • Collaborating with Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs and pains
  • Cooperating with Account Executives to build a business strategy for the market and develop effective marketing/sales campaigns
  • Collaborating with Management Team, reporting weekly and discussing progress, opportunities and next steps


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably in USA, UK or Australia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Sales, target and results oriented
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Highly energetic
