Job description:

This use-case led transformation is addressing topics across the entire value chain, including business and operating models for digital products, solutions and initiatives.

Numerous changes in external & internal environments and the emerging opportunities from new technologies in the digital field have led us to hire an innovative, self-motivated and inspired candidate with a focus on Digital Transformation, Planning and Service Quality. We also need to strengthen the control over some processes to be in compliance with Divisional Quality Standards, local regulations and fulfill customer’s contract requirements. A key to success in the job is to be a strong mentor for your colleagues in how to drive digital innovation processes. Therefore, you play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of digital in the Professional Service department in Greece with a positive impact on our customers. This role will be directly reporting to the Digital Services Specialist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Heads of various departments to address customer needs
  • Increases the adoption of Roche DiaLog portal & implementation of e-Services
  • (Roche Diagnostics Academy, Online Support, Order tracking and placement)
  • Collaborates with departments (Sales, Marketing Finance etc) and the appointed SMEsto promote and implement e-Services adoption both internally and externally
  • Contacts Regional / Global teams for troubleshooting in Digital tools
  • Supports PS team for Internal and External Events, Presentations etc
  • Monitors the usage of eServices to increase and maintain adoption
  • Takes over the back-office processes for customer registration and management related to Roche DiaLog
  • Takes part in the revision of service processes, digitizes and simplifies them by lean techniques.

Candidate profile:

  • University Degree in Health Sciences/ Business or Informatics (MSc is preferred)
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office, web-based systems and databases
  • Knowledge of CRM/ ERP databases and interfaces will be considered as an asset
  • Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset to go beyond the standard processes
  • Proven ability to make an active contribution to the team’s performance and teamwork.
  • Ability to travel within Greece (10%)
