The Poseidonion Grand Hotel, situated on the island of Spetses, is one of Greece's leading luxury hotels. Executive Chef

We are looking for a creative and proficient chef to take on the role of Executive Chef. The position requires knowledge of a range of cuisines and fine dining, as well as experience in all aspects of food preparation, menu planning and heading a kitchen team.

Duties:

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones as required
• Liaise with F&B Manager for supplies and food/labour costs
• Recruit, manage and supervise kitchen staff
• Comply with health & safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven working experience as a head chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
• Culinary diploma or degree in related field
