You are at the right place and this export company with international activities is searching for you!

You are responsible for:

  • Handles international customer’s inquiries, provides customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
  • Prepares export offers according to customers’ needs and company’s procedures
  • Maintains trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients
  • Performs product sample reviews, identified as critical to export product quality, in collaboration with Production and Quality functions
  • Collaborates with the Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain and Finance functions to enable an efficient export process
  • Proposes marketing activities; carries out all pertinent actions for participation in international fairs, prepares all the necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions
  • Provides support to the Export Manager on international projects and participates in the development of export plans and strategies to achieve sales targets

Your Education & Qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Master’s degree would be considered a plus Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an import-export assistant, sales administrator
  • Proficient knowledge using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/SAP, CRM is essential
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language (verbal/written); knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus
  • Hands on experience and in depth understanding of import/export compliance regulations
  • Very good knowledge of EU & Non-EU import/export processes
