F&B Barista

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee or other beverages and serve bar food to guests
• Prepare and serve all kinds of drinks
• Prepare and serve quick cold meals (salads, platters etc.), slice fruits and vegetables
• Provide warm, attentive and efficient service to all guests
• Great knowledge of hotel information and food & beverage menus
• Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations and quality standards

Requirements

• Excellent communicator with excellent command of English and Greek
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience on cocktails preparation
• Team player with great customer service attitude
• Able to focus on detail and passionate about hospitality
• Minimum 2 years experience in related industry and role
• Experience in the luxury sector or luxury hotels is preferred
