Fleet Coordinator

to join our premises in Athens, Greece. The position entails a supporting role in all fleet matters within a fast-growing and heavily financed scaleup to ensure its operational flow

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing our ever-increasing clientele and supervising the subordinate team. Responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of several operational and administrative functions of the sales department in support of the Sales Director. The position also entails an active involvement in all necessary actions to maximize the sales conversion rate such as approaching and communicating with clients, answering their questions, negotiating agreements, and above all determining their needs and keeping them satisfied. Your role in FlexCar’s vision is to ensure that we offer our clients an outstanding customer experience.

Your profile

• Recent Graduate with a degree in Business/ Economics or Technical/ Engineering Background
• B/(A) driver’s license
• Automotive enthusiast
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a startup environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, critical thinking skills, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
• Previous field experience will be considered an asset

​Main Responsibilities 

• Manage the day to day operation of our fleet
• Preparing FlexCars before they are delivered to our clients
• Investigate vehicle safety and security related issues
• Delivering/ collecting vehicles to/from our customers
• Manage vehicle inspections and documentation, ensuring it is accurately processed and disseminated so that relevant stakeholders are informed promptly
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to ensure the coordination and support of all vehicle related issues of fleet management are achieved
• Ensure all vehicles are properly equipped and maintained and manage/reduce operating costs across the fleet
