The Food and Beverage manager is responsible for managing all F&B outlets within budgeted guidelines in compliance with the company’s standards. Duties include Identifying guest’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns, implementing health and safety policies and practices. The ideal candidate would be εager to adjust in a fast-paced environment and deliver new trends. The goal is to maximise guest’s satisfaction within the foreseen financial frame and employee’s engagement.
The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
