Food & Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage manager is responsible for managing all F&B outlets within budgeted guidelines in compliance with the company’s standards. Duties include Identifying guest’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns, implementing health and safety policies and practices. The ideal candidate would be εager to adjust in a fast-paced environment and deliver new trends. The goal is to maximise guest’s satisfaction within the foreseen financial frame and employee’s engagement.
The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
JOB-RELATED SKILLS:
- Τourism or corresponding school degree
- Proven professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures
- Communication skills and Customer-oriented approach
- Advanced organising and negotiating skills
- Excellent knowledge and use of English (German or Russian language knowledge will be considered an asset)
- Exceptional leadership Skills
- Computer literacy
