Corfu Holiday Palaceis looking for a passionateF&B Service Manager.
The possition refers to F&B Manager.
- Operation of 6 restaurants & Bar of the hotel according to the highest standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Banquet and events management.
- Targeting, procedures and policies of the Food and Beverage Department in collaboration with the F&B Manager
- Assessing customer satisfaction by setting continuous improvement processes
- Compilation of reports related to performance and sales.
- It ensures that all the conditions set by the standards for the correct handling of food (HACCP) and the general regulations of hygiene and safety are met.
- Degree in Tourism Professions, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Professional experience in a similar position in 5* hotels.
- Good knowledge of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of using PC, restaurant management software, POS. Management of the PYLON program will be considered an additional qualification.
- Excellent knowledge and application of food management standards (HACCP)
- Organizational and goal-achieving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
