Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job requirements:

• Supporting and assisting Restaurant Manager in the efficient control
• Managing outlet operation through the provision of leadership, supervision and control
• Performing all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary
• Opening and closing restaurant shifts
• Responsible of the restaurant cashier
• Ensuring guests satisfaction

Job related skills:

• Degree in Hospitality Management
• Previous working experience
• Familiar with restaurant management software (POS)
• Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English language
• Wine and spirits knowledge
