Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a French Support Specialist - part time will include:

• Resolve issues through various support channels such as calls, emails or online chats
• Offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
• Provide a high level of customer service to the French speaking clients at all times
• Delight customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

The requirements needed for this French Support Specialist - part time position are: 

• Native or near native level of the French language
• Flexibility to work part time in rotation shifts
• Adequacy in English
• PC literacy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client centric mindset
