Front Office & Concierge Agent

We are looking for a new member to join our operations team at Academias, an Autograph Collection Hotel.
We are building a team of dedicated professionals who are interested in growing with us in the long-term.

Autograph Collection Hotels are independent hotels of the Marriott Hotel Chain, with their own brand ethos and identity
that make them Exactly Like Nothing Else - No two Autograph Collection hotels are the same.

Job Offer Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, preferably good knowledge of Marriott Standards
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office applications
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Eager to be trained, able to process information
• Team player and problem solver
• Passionate for work and professional growth
• Goal & detail oriented

To be successful in this role you will have to:

• Be open and interested towards our training, scheduling, evaluating, and counseling with discipline and at the same time remain driven by motivation.
• Be well groomed and articulate in fluent Greek & English at all times.
• Be willing and able to absorb our principles with accountability and professionalism.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles (personalized relationships) by anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Remain comfortable and confident answering phones at all times.
