Required qualifications - skills:

• Previous working experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language will be considered as an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of hotel software PMS
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Spirit of cooperation, teamwork and professionalism
• High level of attention to detail
