LOCATION: Rhodes, Greece

Helea is a stunning family beach resort complex overlooking the sea with 503 rooms. Situated at one of the most distinguished seafronts of the island, Kalithea, it is only 10 min away from the Old Town of Rhodes. A new lavish and vivid beach resort that welcomes families from around the world in a world where comfort and fun are bridged.

Position Summary:

The Front Office Agent offers guest administrative support across the resort. He/she welcomes guests, greets people who visit the resort. Coordinates front-desk activities, including correspondence distribution, redirection phone calls, and represents the resort togueststhroughout all stages of their stay.

Scope:

  • Reports to Front Office Supervisor
  • Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, to meet hotel targets
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company’s culture and values

Prerequisites:

  • Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
