We are currently seeking Front Οffice Manager to join our Front Office Team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate has substantial management experience within the 5star hospitality and will be enthusiastic, self motivated, passionate about delivering excellent service and display a professional and courteous attitude at all times. The successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the reception, nights and concierge team and maximizing guest satisfaction through anticipating guest requests and ensuring a smooth running of the department.

Requirements:

  • To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:
  • An ability to Listen and Respond to demanding Guest needs, Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service, Accountable and Resilient, Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
  • Please note that Opera knowledge is an essential.
  • Fluent English and German plus one additional language is an essential
